Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Everlit GTM (“we”, “us”), operated by New Wave Retail LLC, collects, why, who helps us process it and the choices you have. It covers this website, email you send us and the business-to-business outreach we run. Questions: [email protected].

Website visitors

We don’t use cookies, local storage, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this site, except inside the optional booking calendar and the spam check on our request form described below. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

  • Hosting. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser and the page you request.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see aggregate information: pages, referring sites, country, device type and page speed. It doesn’t use cookies or fingerprint visitors, and it doesn’t tell us who you are.
  • Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads only when you choose to show it or open our booking page on cal.com. From then on Cal.com receives technical request data and may use its own cookies or local storage. If you book, Cal.com and we receive your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you add to the booking. We use this to hold the call and prepare for it. See the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
  • Request form. To keep spam out, the free signal list form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start filling in the form and checks technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Because we don’t track visitors across sites, we treat every browser the same whether or not it sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

When you contact us

If you write to us or use the request form, for example to request a free signal list, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your company website and who you sell to. We use it to reply, prepare what you asked for and, if you choose, discuss working together. Our email runs on Cloudflare Email Routing, Gmail and Resend. A form request reaches us by email through Resend, which also sends you a short confirmation.

Business contacts we reach out to

We send a small number of personalized emails to people at US B2B companies, for our own agency and, under contract, on behalf of our clients. To do this we collect business information:

  • name, job title, employer and work email address;
  • professional details from public sources, such as a company website, press releases, job postings and public professional profiles;
  • company facts, such as funding, team size and hiring;
  • our messages, your replies and whether you asked us to stop.

We get this from public websites and from business data providers that supply company and contact information, including work email lookup and verification. We use it only to decide whether our service may be relevant to your company, to write and send a short series of emails and to handle your reply. We don’t use sensitive personal information and don’t build consumer profiles.

To stop hearing from us, reply “unsubscribe” or email [email protected]. We will stop contacting you and keep a minimal record — your email address and the date — so we don’t contact you again.

When we run outreach for a client, we act on the client’s instructions, and the client decides whom to contact. You can make requests to us or to the client.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process information for us under their own terms:

  • website hosting, analytics, spam protection and email routing (Cloudflare);
  • email accounts and sending (Google, Resend, our email sending platform and mailbox provider);
  • business data, email verification and web research tools;
  • AI tools that help us research companies and draft messages;
  • scheduling (Cal.com), CRM and task management tools.

We don’t sell personal information and don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them. Our providers keep their own records under their terms.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] from the address in question, or tell us how to verify your request. We respond within 45 days. Some laws, including in California, may give you additional rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

Security and location

We protect information with access controls and reputable service providers, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here before they take effect.
